BOARD OF TRUSTEES
AGMA Foundation Board of Trustees
A Board of Trustees, consisting of AGMA members, manages the Foundation’s activities and programs on a volunteer basis. Trustees are appointed to three-year terms by the Foundation Board of Trustees. The AGMA Chairman Emeritus serves a two-year term on the Foundation Board as the liaison between the two Boards. The Foundation has one paid, part-time, staff person.
