The market of today, and tomorrow, is global. With past support from the AGMA Foundation, AGMA plays a key role in the development of international standards through participation in the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

The Foundation raised funds specifically for AGMA to get involved with ISO work.

Since 1993, AGMA has served as Secretariat of ISO Technical Committee 60 on Gearing, and has enjoyed great success in overseeing the development of the best possible, consensus-driven international standards.
